Terms and Conditions
PACKAGE POLICIES
Package Sharing
Packages are non-transferable and non-shareable unless specified as a Partner/Family Package.
Expiration
All packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling
24-hour cancellation policy applies. No-show or late cancellation will result in loss of session.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Refund Policy
No refunds on used sessions or past membership fees.
No Refunds: But credit can be applied towards other services if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Commitment Period
Memberships require an initial commitment of two (2) billing cycles. After this period, you may cancel at any time with 14 days' notice prior to your next billing date.
Billing & Payment
Membership fees are automatically billed monthly on the date of your enrollment.
Payment method must remain valid and up to date.
Roll-Over Sessions
Members may roll over 1 unused session per month, valid for 90 days from the original billing cycle date.
Unused sessions beyond the roll-over period will expire.
No Rollovers Beyond Expiration: One-time courtesy extensions for VIP members.
Gift a Session
Members may gift 1 session every 6 months to a friend or family member.
Gifted sessions must be used within 60 days and are non-transferable once booked.
Gifted or transferred sessions cannot be exchanged for cash value or applied toward products.
Partner & Family Add-On
Add an immediate family member or partner to your membership for $75/month per person.
Shared benefits include access to sessions and roll-overs (not discounts).
Partner/Family Add-Ons are subject to the same scheduling policies.
Scheduling
No-show or late cancellation (under 24 hours) will result in forfeiture of the session and cancellation fee.
Membership Holds & Cancellations
After the initial two-cycle commitment, memberships may be paused for 1 cycle (30 days) per calendar year with notice.
If you choose to cancel, unused sessions must be redeemed within 30 days of cancellation.
Price Changes & Policy Updates
Pricing and policies are subject to change. Members will be notified 30 days in advance of any changes.
